Terms of Use
Effective Date: 3/25/2025
Welcome to YDP SA. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all platforms, programs, websites, services, and communities managed or affiliated with Youth Development Project South Africa (“YDP SA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
YDP SA programs and services are open to:
Individuals aged 18 years and older for all job placement and job readiness programs.
Individuals aged 16 years and older who have matriculated or are conducting research-related activities.
By using our services, you confirm that you meet these criteria.
2. Purpose
Our goal is to empower youth through skills development, employment connections, and educational support, while providing businesses with scalable IT solutions and recruitment solutions. We connect talent with opportunity to combat unemployment and drive economic participation through collaborative partnerships with accredited companies.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information.

Avoid any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal conduct.

Respect the rights and dignity of others across all YDP SA platforms.

Use our services for their intended educational, professional, networking and developmental purposes only.
Content Ownership and Use
4. Job Placement Fee Structure under Blended Firm structure
YDP SA operates a transparent and competitive fee structure for employers using our recruitment services:
Role Level monthly salary range fee (% of Monthly Salary).
High-Level (Above R100,000/month): 23%
Mid-Level (R50,001 – R99,000/month): 20%
Intermediate (R30,000 – R49,000/month): 19% – 20%
Entry-Level (R5,000 – R30,000/month): 18% – 20%
Fees are based on the candidate’s total first-year compensation (including bonuses).Invoices are issued upon offer acceptance and are payable within 30 days. Custom terms may apply for bulk or long-term contracts.
Members applying through the Agency page are required to fill in the online form. CV enhancement will be charged if needed priced at R80 for entry-level jobs - R150 (Mid-level to high-level jobs) payable upfront upon request.
Clients will receive proof of payment within 24 hours via info@ydpsa.com.
All content, including our logo, documents, programs, images, and branding elements, are the sole property of YDP SA unless explicitly stated. When content is shared on behalf of a partner or affiliate, it will be clearly indicated. You may not use, reproduce, or modify our content without prior written consent.
5. Third-Party and Affiliate Content
Our services may include links, promotional material, or content provided by third parties or affiliates. YDP SA does not take responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or practices of these external sources. Interactions with third-party content are at your own discretion.
6. Community and Platform Conduct
All participants in YDP SA programs, platforms, and community groups (e.g., WhatsApp, forums) must adhere to our code of conduct. See full Terms and Conditions for our social community below.
7. Termination
YDP SA reserves the right to remove or suspend access to any service, program, or community for users who violate these Terms or act in a way that disrupts the integrity of the organization.
8. Modifications
YDP SA may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

YDP SA Social Community Terms & Conditions (WhatsApp and Other Platforms)
To maintain a professional, respectful, and safe environment, all members of YDP SA’s social groups must adhere to the following:
1. Respectful Communication
No vulgar, racist, sexist, homophobic, or hateful language. Show respect to all members regardless of status, background, or beliefs.
2. Collaborative Environment
Group calls are not permitted. Encourage, congratulate, and support others. Offer insight or assistance to the group at least once a month to remain active.
3. Gratitude & Engagement
Always express thanks when someone helps you. Ask questions and engage constructively—healthy debate is welcome but must remain respectful.
4. Trade & Promotion
You may promote or trade items once a week, with preference given to educational or community-benefiting content. Unsolicited advertising or spam will lead to removal.
5. Stay Informed & Contribute
Share valuable updates (load shedding, strikes, tech, politics, etc.). Promote your skills—standout contributions may be featured on our blog.
6. Need Tech Support?
Use the Snipping Tool (Windows + Shift + S) to capture issues. Share screenshots directly to the group for assistance.
7. Professional Conduct
Be expressive but always uphold professional standards. Your behavior reflects our values—represent yourself and YDP SA with pride. If you fail to comply with these rules, you may be removed from the community without warning. By remaining a member, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
